Grants and Funding Links

The Community Initiatives Program (CIP) supports project-based initiatives in areas including community services and libraries. The maximum grant is $75k, and applications can be submitted at any time.
These grants are given out to advance library service in Alberta, grants will not exceed $500. Application deadlines are February 15th and September 15th.
Investors Group supports programs benefiting local communities directly and with immediacy. Eligible programs fall in one of the following categories: arts & culture, civic causes, education, environment, health, social services, amateur sport & recreation. 
CIBC supports charitable organizations that provide tangible benefits to the community, specifically those that support youth and community development.
Telus supports non-profit organizations in the areas of arts & culture, education & sport, and health & wellness, with a focus on benefiting youth with innovation in technology.
RBC donates to non-profit organizations designated as charities. Funding is directed to projects or programs that enhance the scope of the organization's services. Requests for funding are considered year-round.
ENMAX donates to organizations which try to make a positive impact, as well as benefit as many people as possible. Requests for sponsorship can be made via mail, fax or e-mail.
Non-profit organizations that benefit the community at large may apply for funding from TransAlta.
