Assist employment disadvantaged individuals who have a serious mental illness that is long term or recurring in nature, to obtain employment and volunteer experience.
Health Promotion and Prevention:
Public education concerning mental health issues. Programming addresses the needs of all age groups. Some programs focus on adolescents and some on the development of support groups. |

CMPP is a community-based service for individuals with severe mental illness. The service is offered through the Hamilton-Wentworth Department of Public Health and includes long-term case management as well as shorter term counseling/treatment services. In addition, CMPP provides support and education to second level lodging home operators, partnership with the Mental Health Rights Coalition and HPH's Bridges to Discharge Project.
